Danielle is a queer artist in micro‐rural Argenta whose practice is deeply rooted in land and community. A self-taught weaver, dyer, spinner, knitter, and embroiderer, she transforms cultivated and native fibres into textiles that tell the histories of place. Through five years of running Earthborn Textiles—working with alpaca fleece—Danielle is now expanding her practice into cellulose and bast fibres to further ground their work in local ecosystems.
