Erandi Adame

  • Texere Union 21A Santa Maria del Tule Mexico (mapa)

Erandi Adame is a Mexican artist, publisher, and researcher whose practice explores books as objects, bodies, and spaces for dialogue. Through artist books, publications, textiles, and experimental materials, she investigates the relationship between reading and writing, creating works that reflect on memory, territory, and the ways we construct and share stories.

With a background in Hispanic Language and Literature and Book Arts, Erandi has spent over a decade working in independent publishing, self-publishing, and cultural management across Mexico, Chile, and Argentina. She has coordinated editorial initiatives, artist residencies, and educational programs, and has taught workshops on risograph printing, letterpress, editorial design, and publishing practices. Her work has been supported by grants including PECDA Oaxaca and FRIDA Fund, and she has participated in international residencies and exhibitions throughout Latin America.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Visual Arts at the University of Chile, Erandi continues to develop research-based projects that connect publishing, textiles, and material experimentation. Her practice is driven by a deep interest in how artistic processes can become spaces for collective memory, reflection, and community.
